The Process.

  • 1. Let's get started

    Book in a time with me here to have a quick chat about what you’re hoping to achieve. If you’d prefer, you can skip the call and fill out the contact form instead.

  • 2. Your turn

    Based on what we covered in step 1, I’ll let you know exactly which documents I need to start exploring your options. You’ll get a secure link to upload your documents and share any extra info we might need to find the options that suit you best.

  • 3. Finding your best fit

    I’ll do the legwork to narrow down your best options before we meet again. This meeting will usually be a video call, as it’s much easier to walk you through everything visually. I’ll give guidance on your options and we can chat about the pros and cons so you can confidently make a decision. If you’re not ready to buy or refinance just yet, we’ll use this meeting to lock in a plan to get you where you want to be.

  • 4. Making it offical

    Once we’ve landed on a lender, I’ll submit your application and keep you up to date on it progress. From there, the final step for you will be signing your loan documents and providing any last bits of information needed before settlement.
